How To Participate: Visit www.thingsfestive.com/weddingcontest.html (the "Website" ), follow the instructions to submit one online entry with the information requested. Limit one entry per person and/or valid e-mail address per month. Additional entries received from any one person, or e-mail address during any one month of this Sweepstakes will be void. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, each month will begin on the first day of the month at 12:00:01 AM ET and end on the last day of that month at 11:59:59 PM ET

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email account from which it was sent, provided such account holder must still meet the eligibility requirements for the Sweepstakes. The "authorized account holder" will be deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) that a potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry may be required by Sponsor. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, or misdirected entries or prize notifications, or email messages; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through and/or by the Website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; printing or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic, or otherwise. The use of automated entry or similar devices is prohibited and entries made through such devices are void. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or mail for Sweepstakes purposes.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about the 5th day of the month from among all eligible entries received during the previous month. The drawing will be conducted by employees of ThingsFestive.com whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by e-mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will successively attempt to contact up to two (2) potential winners of the prize in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner of the prize in question after such attempts have been made, the prize may go unawarded.

Prizes/Odds: One (1) Prize is awarded per calendar month. The prize consists of one (1) $150 gift certificate to be used for wedding and special occasion accessories on ThingsFestive.com Gift certificate must be redeemed within 30 days of award and applied toward the purchase of in-stock products. Gift certificate may not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers; it is to be applied toward the regular retail price. Gift certificate is non-transferable, non-extendable, and non-exchangeable. If winner selects wedding accessories below the value of the prize, the difference will be forfeited. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if winner is unable to redeem gift certificate within 30-day period. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions will be allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned and must be accepted as awarded.

General Prize Conditions: Prize will be awarded only if the potential winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes (or portion of prize) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value as determined by Sponsor. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each potential prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release and any other documentation necessary for Sponsor to fulfill prizing (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents" ) within five (5) days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Confirmation of prize winner is subject to Sponsor's verification of the Prize Claim Documents. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, misdelivered, returned, mutilated, damaged, or postage due mail or communications.

General Liability Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that the Promotion Entities and their designees and assigns: (1) may use (unless prohibited by law) winner's name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for the purpose of announcing the Sweepstakes winner and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification; (2) shall have no liability and will be held harmless from any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; and (3) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select winners from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to such termination or suspension. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.
